1Overview of the Platform

KonnectEasy is a marketplace that connects users with experts across various fields. Users can search for experts, request advice, and refer experts to others. Users may earn commissions when referrals lead to successful engagements or transactions.

1.1Member Roles and Definitions

KonnectEasy connects members seeking advice with individuals who possess knowledge, skills, experience, or professional expertise in various fields.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply:

A KonnectEasy member may act as both an Expert (Advisor) and a Recipient in different consultations.

2Eligibility

You must be at least 16 years old to use KonnectEasy. By using the platform, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

3User Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information
• You are responsible for all activities under your account

4Experts & Listings

Experts listed on KonnectEasy are independent individuals or businesses. We do not guarantee the quality, accuracy, or outcome of any advice or service provided by experts.

5Referral & Commission System

KonnectEasy allows users to earn commissions by referring other users or customers to experts. Commissions are tracked using referral links, cookies, or tracking identifiers.

• Commissions are only paid for valid and verified referrals
• We reserve the right to reject fraudulent or self-referrals
• Commission rates and rules may change at any time
• Final eligibility is determined by KonnectEasy

6Payments and Paid Consultations

KonnectEasy allows members to schedule paid meeting consultations with independent Advisors. Payments for these consultations are facilitated by KonnectEasy and processed through Stripe, our third-party payment processor.

6.1Consultation Fees

Advisors may establish fees for the consultations they offer through KonnectEasy.

The applicable consultation fee will be displayed to the Recipient before confirming a paid consultation.

By booking a paid consultation, the Recipient acknowledges the displayed fee and agrees to pay the applicable amount following successful completion and confirmation of the consultation.

6.2Payment Processing

Payments for paid consultations are processed through KonnectEasy using Stripe.

By booking a paid consultation, Recipients authorize KonnectEasy and its payment processor to charge the payment method provided once the required confirmations have been received.

KonnectEasy does not store full credit card information on its servers.

6.3Consultation Completion and Confirmation

Following a scheduled meeting consultation, KonnectEasy initiates a confirmation process to verify that the meeting took place.

The confirmation process consists of the following steps:

1. Expert (Advisor) Confirmation: After the scheduled consultation, the Expert (Advisor) receives an email notification requesting confirmation that the meeting took place.
2. Recipient Confirmation: Once the Expert (Advisor) confirms completion, the Recipient receives an email notification requesting confirmation that the meeting took place.
3. Payment Processing: Once both participants confirm that the consultation occurred, KonnectEasy processes the applicable consultation payment through Stripe.

Both the Expert (Advisor) and Recipient are expected to provide truthful and accurate confirmation regarding whether the consultation occurred.

Knowingly submitting false meeting confirmations or attempting to manipulate the confirmation process is prohibited.

6.4Unconfirmed or Disputed Consultations

If either participant does not confirm that a consultation occurred, the consultation will not automatically qualify for payment under the standard confirmation process.

If the Advisor and Recipient disagree about whether a consultation took place, either participant may contact KonnectEasy to report the dispute.

KonnectEasy may review relevant meeting records, confirmation history, and information provided by the participants to evaluate the circumstances.

KonnectEasy does not record meeting consultations and therefore does not independently verify the content of meetings.

Payment disputes will be handled in accordance with KonnectEasy's applicable policies and relevant consumer protection laws.

6.5Advisor Compensation

Advisors may receive compensation for completed and confirmed paid consultations, subject to KonnectEasy's applicable platform fees, payment processing fees, and payout policies.

Advisors are responsible for providing the consultation services agreed upon with the Recipient.

Payment confirmation does not guarantee immediate availability of funds, as payouts may be subject to processing times, payment verification, or applicable restrictions.

6.6Cancellations and Missed Consultations

Both Advisors and Recipients are encouraged to provide reasonable notice when canceling a scheduled consultation.

If a scheduled consultation does not take place, the standard completion confirmation process will not authorize payment for that consultation.

Any applicable cancellation or no-show fees must be disclosed to the Recipient before booking and will be subject to applicable law.

6.7Refunds and Billing Concerns

Recipients who experience billing errors, unauthorized charges, or other payment-related concerns may contact KonnectEasy for assistance.

Refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with KonnectEasy's applicable refund policies and relevant consumer protection laws.

KonnectEasy may request relevant information from both participants when investigating billing disputes.

Confirmation that a consultation occurred does not waive any statutory rights or remedies available to either participant.

6.8Platform and Processing Fees

KonnectEasy may charge platform or transaction fees for facilitating paid consultations.

Applicable fees will be disclosed to the relevant members before they agree to the transaction.

Advisors acknowledge that applicable platform fees may be deducted from their consultation earnings in accordance with KonnectEasy's published fee structure.

6.9Independent Advice and Services

Although KonnectEasy facilitates meeting arrangements, confirmations, and payments, Advisors remain independent providers of their advice and services.

KonnectEasy does not guarantee the accuracy, quality, effectiveness, or outcome of advice provided during paid consultations.

The processing of payments through KonnectEasy does not establish an employment, partnership, or agency relationship between KonnectEasy and participating Advisors.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights, obligations, or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

7Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the platform for fraudulent or illegal purposes
• Manipulate referral or commission systems
• Scrape, copy, or misuse platform data
• Impersonate another person or business
• Attempt to disrupt platform functionality

8Disclaimers

KonnectEasy is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not guarantee results, outcomes, or accuracy of expert advice.

All decisions made based on expert advice are the responsibility of the user.

9Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, KonnectEasy is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the platform or interactions with experts.

10Independent Experts

Experts on KonnectEasy are independent contractors and not employees, partners, or agents of KonnectEasy. We are not responsible for agreements or disputes between users and experts.

11Meetings and Member-to-Member Communications

KonnectEasy enables members to arrange meetings and virtual meetings for the purpose of sharing knowledge, exchanging information, providing advice, and discussing personal or professional matters.

These meetings take place between independent members using third-party video conferencing services, including Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, or other platforms selected by the participating members.

By scheduling, accepting, or participating in a meeting arranged through KonnectEasy, members agree to comply with the following terms.

11.1Independent Member Communications

KonnectEasy facilitates connections and meeting arrangements between members but does not directly provide, supervise, or control the advice, recommendations, or information exchanged during meetings.

Members providing advice, referred to as "Experts" or "Advisors," and members receiving advice, referred to as "Recipients," participate independently and are responsible for their own statements, actions, decisions, and conduct.

KonnectEasy does not guarantee the qualifications, expertise, professional credentials, or reliability of any member, unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.2Advice and Information Disclaimer

Advice, recommendations, opinions, and information shared during meetings represent the views of the individual providing them and do not necessarily reflect the views or recommendations of KonnectEasy.

KonnectEasy does not independently verify or guarantee the accuracy, completeness, reliability, or suitability of information provided during member-to-member communications.

Advisors are expected to provide information honestly, in good faith, and within the scope of their knowledge, experience, and professional qualifications.

Recipients are responsible for independently evaluating any advice or recommendations received before making personal, professional, financial, legal, medical, or business decisions.

Members should seek assistance from appropriately qualified or licensed professionals when professional advice is required.

11.3No Automatic Professional Relationship

Participation in a meeting arranged through KonnectEasy does not automatically establish a professional, fiduciary, employment, agency, partnership, or other legally recognized advisory relationship between the participants.

Any professional relationship, contractual obligation, or service agreement established independently between members is the responsibility of the respective participants.

KonnectEasy is not a party to such independent agreements unless expressly stated otherwise.

11.4Privacy and Confidentiality

Both Advisors and Recipients agree to respect each other's privacy and handle personal, professional, proprietary, or confidential information shared during meetings responsibly.

Members must not disclose, distribute, publish, or share confidential information obtained during a meeting without appropriate authorization from the individual who provided the information, except where required or permitted by applicable law.

Members must not misuse information obtained during meetings for fraudulent activities, identity theft, harassment, unauthorized marketing, or other unlawful purposes.

Members are encouraged to avoid disclosing passwords, financial account credentials, government identification numbers, or other highly sensitive information.

11.5Recording and Consent

KonnectEasy does not record, monitor, or store the audio or video content of meetings arranged through its platform.

Members must obtain prior consent from all participants before recording, capturing, reproducing, publishing, or distributing any portion of a meeting, including audio, video, screenshots, or other meeting content.

All recording and distribution activities must comply with applicable privacy, data protection, intellectual property, and recording consent laws.

Unauthorized recording or distribution of meeting content may result in suspension or termination of a member's KonnectEasy account.

11.6Professional Conduct and Respectful Communication

All participants are expected to communicate respectfully, professionally, and in good faith.

The following conduct is prohibited during meetings arranged through KonnectEasy:

• Harassment, threats, intimidation, or abusive behavior
• Discrimination or inappropriate personal conduct
• Fraudulent statements or intentional misrepresentation
• Unauthorized recording or distribution of meeting content
• Misuse of another participant's personal information
• Illegal activities or requests to engage in illegal activities
• Any conduct that violates these Terms and Conditions

11.7Third-Party Video Conferencing Services

Meetings arranged through KonnectEasy are conducted using third-party video conferencing platforms independently selected and managed by participating members.

KonnectEasy does not host or operate these services and does not control their availability, functionality, privacy practices, recording features, or security measures.

Members are responsible for managing their own conferencing accounts, meeting settings, access permissions, and security configurations.

KonnectEasy does not guarantee uninterrupted access to third-party conferencing services and is not responsible for service interruptions, technical failures, or connectivity issues caused by those providers, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

11.8Meeting Invitations and Access Links

Members are responsible for ensuring that meeting invitations and conferencing links are shared only with intended participants.

Members must not intentionally distribute private meeting links to unauthorized individuals without appropriate permission.

KonnectEasy stores certain meeting-related information, including meeting dates, participant identities, invitation links, and meeting history, as described in our Privacy Policy.

Members are responsible for taking reasonable precautions to prevent unauthorized access to their meetings.

11.9Member Decisions and Responsibilities

Each member acknowledges that participation in a meeting is voluntary.

Advisors are responsible for the information and recommendations they provide, including complying with any professional or legal obligations applicable to their activities.

Recipients are responsible for evaluating information received and determining whether to act upon any recommendations or advice.

KonnectEasy does not guarantee any particular outcome, result, benefit, or success arising from a meeting or subsequent interaction between members.

11.10Disputes Between Members

Members are encouraged to resolve disagreements arising from meetings directly and respectfully.

KonnectEasy is not a party to independent agreements, representations, or commitments made between members during or following meetings, unless expressly stated otherwise.

KonnectEasy may review reports of conduct that potentially violates these Terms and may take appropriate action concerning member accounts.

KonnectEasy is not obligated to mediate or resolve private disputes between members, except where required by applicable law.

11.11Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, KonnectEasy shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from advice, recommendations, statements, or information exchanged independently between members during meetings.

KonnectEasy does not assume responsibility for the independent actions, decisions, or conduct of members participating in meetings.

Members acknowledge that KonnectEasy primarily facilitates connections and meeting arrangements and does not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or outcome of advice provided by independent members.

Nothing in this section excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

11.12Reporting Violations

Members who experience harassment, inappropriate behavior, privacy violations, fraudulent activity, or other conduct that violates these Terms are encouraged to report the incident to KonnectEasy.

KonnectEasy reserves the right to review reported incidents and take appropriate action, including issuing warnings, restricting platform functionality, suspending accounts, or terminating membership privileges in accordance with these Terms and applicable law.

11.13Acceptance of Meeting Terms

By scheduling, accepting, or participating in meetings arranged through KonnectEasy, members agree to comply with the applicable provisions of these Terms and Conditions.

Both Advisors and Recipients acknowledge their individual responsibilities concerning privacy, confidentiality, recording consent, professional conduct, and the use of information exchanged during meetings.

12Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or engage in harmful behavior.

13Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

14Governing Law

These Terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where KonnectEasy operates.
